My husband and I bought our house back in April, so this is long overdue, but we can not speak highly enough about Ashley! She was so wonderful every step of the way. We were first-time home buyers and I started working with Ashley while my husband was still on a deployment. Starting the process alone was a bit daunting and a big step, and she was so great at explaining everything and answering all of my questions thoroughly. She got us in to see every house we wanted to quickly and gave honest feedback which we both appreciated so much. In the end, and amongst an insane market, we truly would not have ended up in our perfect first home if it were not for Ashley! Excellent communication throughout the process. She was super responsive even during a 9 hour time difference! She walked us through the entire process and we felt well informed the entire time. We were able to see walk throughs of multiple homes as she creatively used apps to share videos with us from afar. We were so lucky to have Ashley work with us for our first home purchase. With neither of us in the local area, a seller's market with few options, and COVID-19, Ashley masterfully guided us through all the goods and others of several homes in the Hanford-area. She thought outside-of-the-box to find properties that met all of our criteria that we could not find anywhere else. She took ample time to record walk-throughs and shared them with us. She coordinated every inspector we needed to feel comfortable proceeding with the purchase. She generated offers and contracts expeditiously.
